The goal of Discovery Metals is to create shareholder wealth through the discovery and development, of economic deposits of nickel and copper sulphide resources.

DML's mission has been to acquire high quality nickel, copper and other base metals exploration and development projects within world-class mineral provinces, and to raise the necessary funds to successfully explore and develop those projects. The Directors believe that cost effective, innovative exploration over these projects will give DML the best possible opportunity to discover and develop commercial base metal projects.

The Company has a three level development strategy, aimed at enhancing the Company's portfolio of projects:

• Maintain a portfolio of projects with the potential to discover truly world-class base metal deposits.
  
• Drill test focussed targets within established world class provinces, with the ability to produce "quick hits" of mineralisation.
  
• Enhance the Company's project portfolio by acquiring advanced or brownfields base metal projects.
