Brad Sampson has over 20 years Australian and International experience as a mining engineer.  He has worked extensively in open cut and underground mine operations and developments in Southern Africa, Australia and the Pacific.  He previously held an executive role in Thiess Ltd and has been in General Management roles with Gold Fields Limited at St Ives gold mine in Western Australia and at the Kloof operation in South Africa.  He has also held the position of General Manager-PNG for Emperor Mines Limited.  Brad has also held positions with Anglo American, Ross Mining NL and Comalco.  Mr Sampson is also the managing director of all Discovery Metals subsidiaries registered in Botswana.

Chief Financial Officer - Paul Fulton, B.Com (Accounting), CPA
Paul Fulton is a highly experienced CFO who has more than 35 years experience in broad commercial management, accounting and Chief Financial Officer roles within the resource industry.

Mr Fulton has previously held Chief Financial Officer positions at Rio Tinto Indonesia - based at Freeport Copper, Kaltim Prima Coal - Indonesia, Lihir Gold and Downer EDI Mining.

Cost Estimation and Business Development - Ross Gibbins
Ross Gibbins has over 34 years experience in the mining and construction industry in cost estimating/engineering and management, contract administration, project management and business development.

His experience in business development and the management of cost estimates and technical proposals for mine operations and associated infrastructure over the last 15 years has covered many areas of the world such as, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, West Africa and South East Asia as well as having lived and worked in Indonesia for over 7 years.

He will provide a significant contribution to ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the Boseto Project feasibility study mining approach and overall project cost estimates as well as seek out and pursue potential business development opportunities for Discovery Metals.
